Dr. Moore was born and raised in Evansville and has spent the majority of his life in this community. He graduated as valedictorian of one of the earliest graduating classes of Signature High School. As a recipient of the prestigious Lilly Scholarship, he pursued his undergraduate studies at DePauw University, where he graduated summa cum laude and became a distinguished member of the Phi Beta Kappa Honor Society.

Driven by his passion for medicine, Dr. Moore attended Vanderbilt Medical School, where he excelled academically and earned membership in the esteemed Alpha Omega Alpha Honor Society. Following his medical degree, he undertook a rigorous five-year residency in Urologic Surgery at Vanderbilt University Medical Center, honing his surgical skills under renowned mentors.
In 2018, Dr. Moore joined Deaconess Health System, where he has made a profound impact on the lives of his patients. Recognized for his expertise and commitment to excellence, he is board certified by the American Board of Urology. He is a Member of Society of Urology Prosthetic Surgeons
Dr. Moore’s dedication to education is exemplified by his role as an adjunct professor at the Indiana University School of Medicine, where he shares his knowledge and experience with aspiring medical professionals. His contributions to the field extend beyond the classroom, as evidenced by his eight publications in peer-reviewed journals, showcasing his commitment to advancing urologic research and practices.

In addition to the Evansville and Newburgh area, he regularly sees patients from Vincennes, Jasper, Princeton, Terre Haute, Washington, and Mt. Vernon in Indiana; Henderson, Owensboro, Madisonville, and Hopkinsville in Kentucky; and Marion, Mt. Carmel, and Harrisburg in Illinois. His office at 4209 Gateway Blvd in Newburgh is centrally located with easy access from I-69 and the US-41 corridor.
